Terms & Conditions
This Agreement reserves the right to set forth the Terms & Conditions for membership in the Project Urban Outfitters Program. We may change the Project Urban Outfitters Program or these Terms & Conditions without notice - these updates will be posted online and effective immediately once live. Continued use of membership constitutes agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.
Trade Discount
The trade discount is accepted at urbanoutfitters.uk and in our UK stores. Discount is not valid with any other offer or promotion and does not apply to the purchase of apparel, shoes, accessories, beauty, gift cards, surcharges/delivery costs and sale items. The trade discount is not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at our discretion. Any such changes will be posted on this page. Members may email projecthome@urbanoutfitters.com to cancel their membership at any time.
Eligibility
This program is available to UK content creators, architects, interior decorators and home design professionals only. Employees of Urban Outfitters, as well as friends and family users, are ineligible for membership.
Application
To apply, please email projecthome@urbanoutfitters.com. Amongst other mandatory fields, you will need to submit proof of one of the following:
- The membership number and name of any design organisations you may be part of.
- The membership number and name of any design organisations you may be part of.
- Your relevant interior design qualifications.
- Your professional website.
- Links to your social media accounts.
Membership
Membership is valid for 24 months, at which point members will be asked to update information and re-enrol in the program. Membership is not transferable and is offered to individuals only. If your firm has multiple designers, each must individually apply for membership. Misuse of membership may result in immediate termination.Misuse includes, without limitation: use of trade discount for personal purchases; resale of merchandise purchased using trade discount through any retail or auction site or store; reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return; sharing trade discount with others; and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with membership application.
