What is SHEET?
SHEET is a magazine created by the UO Community for the UO Community. Featuring a collaborative range of art, posters, prints and poems, SHEET is an eclectic mix of creative work, assembled together by our Graphics and Creative Marketing Teams at UO Head Office. Available for free in our stores, use SHEET to keep up to date with the latest goings on at UO, get inspired and repurpose the poster pages to decorate your space.
How can I get involved?
Are you a student, graphic designer, photographer or artist? Do you DJ, write poetry or illustrate? Then we wanna hear from you!
What’s the theme?
Issue 16 is all about PLAY. Are you a team player or more of a free-spirit? Whatever your personality, press play on your creativity and get your brain tingling with ideas. From music, gaming or sports to fun times, entertainment and pleasure, here’s your opportunity to kick your individuality into action and explore what the word means to you. Express your silly goofy self, take control of the console and hit submit.
What are the submission guidelines?
SHEET is a print magazine therefore all work must be submitted in a printable format. Please submit high resolution JPEG or PDF files of at least 300dpi+. Artwork should fit within 323mm x 548mm.
The Opportunity
As well as featuring in the issue you’ll have the chance to feature in the magazine or on our social channels. From profiles and interviews to social videos and store events, successful applicants may be contacted with a range of opportunities to create content that will promote your work.
All work must be your own and not use or include any licensed imagery. Your submission will be rejected if it includes any of the below:
Offensive language
Inflammatory/defamatory content
Imagery of smoking or drug and alcohol use
Political symbols
Please email your submission to: sheet@urbanoutfitters.com along with your name and pronouns. Due to the quantity of submissions we will only be able to respond to successful applicants. All successful creatives will receive a fee for their submission.
