Created by New York creatives, Nasim Lahbichi (@lahbco) and Linda Thach, this Urban Outfitters-exclusive zine, Pass the Plate, curates ten special recipes that honor food, community and the planet with plant-based ingredients that shine. Highlighting the cultures of Lahbichi and Thach, it celebrates the rich traditions of their Asian, Caribbean and Middle Eastern heritage by remixing favorite dishes with vegan ingredients, all photographed to perfection by Anisha Sisodia. 100% of proceeds from the sale of this zine have been donated to East New York Farms, a project that works to address food justice, with an additional $10,000 donation from Urban Outfitters.
