About the Artist
San Francisco-based illustrator and designer Hollis Callas was raised in the South by a fabric-designer mother and a woodworking father. After receiving degrees in Ceramics and Art Education, she taught in Spain and the USA before dedicating her life to her own art. Inspired by the beautiful subtleties of everyday life, she aims to create thoughtful work that brings joy to others.
