Shipping
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, urbanoutfitters.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

Taxes, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

For Overnight Delivery, orders must be submitted by 1 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Thursday. Overnight Delivery orders placed on Friday by 1 PM EST will arrive on Monday. Orders being shipped outside of the continental US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited.
Please note that Three-Day Select, Express, and Overnight Delivery refer only to delivery time and not to the time required to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.
Shipping outside of the Continental US and to PO Boxes
Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Your order will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
Furniture and Oversized Items
Additional shipping charges may be added to the Standard Shipping costs for each oversized item added to your bag. This amount will be indicated in the product details and will also appear at checkout. Furniture and other oversized items cannot be shipped outside of the continental US. They cannot be expedited, and will ship separately from other items on your order. Please note that some furniture items take 4-6 weeks to arrive – more specific information can be found on the product detail page.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items such as hairspray, nail polish remover and nail polish are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders with items that have these shipping requirements cannot be shipped outside of the continental US. Items with special shipping requirements will be noted in the product details.

Gift Options
UrbanOutfitters.com offers two gift box options. For $4.00 per item, we'll wrap your gift item in our tissue paper, seal it with an Urban Outfitters sticker, and place it in our unique Urban Outfitters box. If you'd like to wrap your gift item on your own, we also offer that option. For $3.00 per item, you will receive all items mentioned above so that you can wrap your gift on your own. To select your gift wrap option, click on “Add Gift Option” during checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Gift-Wrap for orders shipping to addresses outside of the USA. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
Confirmation of Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail. Click here to check the status of your order. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users must enter their order number and billing ZIP code.
