Ordering and Payment
How Do I Place An Order?When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "view cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish. Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation email, or contact us at 800-959-8794, from 7am – 12am, EST. Our Customer Service representatives will be more than happy to assist you. Please note we are unable to ship some home items, gift-boxes and other select items to Canada. These items may be removed from your order prior to shipment. You will not be charged for the removed merchandise. To ensure timely processing and delivery, please be sure that the billing address you provide matches what is on record with your credit card issuing bank to avoid a delay in shipment. Where can I ship my order?In addition to the United States, UrbanOutfitters.com is able to ship to Canada, and the United Kingdom: England, Northern Ireland, Wales, and Scotland. Please note we are unable to ship certain home items, gift-boxes and other select items to Canada and the UK. These items may be removed from your order prior to shipment. You will not be charged for the removed items. How Will My Order Be Shipped and How Much Will I Be Charged?
All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS. UrbanOutfitters.com pre-pays all taxes, and duties. Your order will be assessed the shipping charges outlined below:
- $0-$49.99 — add $56.00
- $50-$99.99 — add $60.00
- $100-$249.99 and over — $62.00
- $250 and over — add $50.00

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit. If you would like other items you may place another order through the web site or specify what items you would like in the "New Merchandise" area on the packing slip. Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent, via a trackable and prepaid method, to our returns facility, shown below: Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. USA Please remember to include the order number on your return label. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your credit to appear on your billing statement. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. You may also return merchandise you ordered online or though our catalog to any of our stores located in the United States. We are unable to accept online returns in our stores located outside the United States. *All orders are refunded in US dollars.
