Trouble Accessing Checkout
Want to ship to Australia, but don't see that option in checkout? You may need to create a default shipping and billing address to access the Australian cart. If you already have an existing account, sign in, if you don't have an account, please sign-up to create an account. How Do I Place An Order?When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Once you are finished shopping, just click on "checkout" and you will be directed to the checkout page. Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include you order number and receipt of items ordered. In addition please feel free to contact us at service@urbanoutfitters.com, and our customer service representatives will be more than happy to assist you. *Please note we are unable to ship home items, gift-boxes and other select items to Australia. These items may be removed from your order prior to shipment. You will not be charged for the removed items. *In order to protect you, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing & shipping addresses of all Australia orders match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank. Where can I ship my order?In addition to the United States and Canada UrbanOutfitters.com is able to ship to the United Kingdom, Australia. How Will My Order Be Shipped and How Much Will I Be Charged?
All orders to Australia are shipped via UPS International. Orders typically ship within 24 – 48 hours of placement. Allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery from the date your order ships. We are unable to expedite shipping to Australia. Orders sent to APO's and FPO's will ship via United States Postal Service and will be charged the standard shipping and handling fee found in our help/info section. Option 1 – UPS International - (Taxes and Duties Prepaid)

- $50 – $99.99 — add $50.00
- $100 - $149.99 — add $60.00
- $150 + — add $70.00
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit. If you would like other items you may place another order through the website or specify what items you would like in the "New Merchandise" area on the packing slip. Please keep in mind that the shipping fees outlined above will be applied to exchange orders. We are unable to offer free shipping for new orders and exchanges shipped outside of the USA. Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded in the case of returns or exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be sent, via a track-able and prepaid method, to our returns facility, shown below. Please note that Urban Outfitters is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund the cost of the items as you instruct.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two
billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your credit to appear on your billing statement.
Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. You may also return merchandise you ordered online or though our catalog
to any of our stores located in the United States and Canada. We are unable to accept online returns in our
stores located outside the United States and Canada.
*All orders are refunded in US dollars to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase. In the
absence of that credit card, a store credit will be issued. Your credit card company will calculate the current
exchange rate automatically.
