Ok, technically, The Little Whizzer is modeled after a world-famous statue located at the meeting point of the rue de l'Etuve and and rue de Chène, just a few hundred yards from the Grand Palace in Brussels. More importantly, though, you can make the little guy pee liquor! Just fill the Whizzer's ceramic carafe with the drink of your choice, attach the battery-powered statue top, push his button and let him do his thing. It's #1! Imported. Hand wash.
