Realizing that the supply of existing Polaroid instant film would not last long, The Impossible Project came along and purchased Polaroid's Dutch factory - equipped with all of their machinery and equipment - with hopes of creating a new generation of Integral film (the type of film that makes iconic, white bordered instant photos). The Impossible Project will use new, efficient technologies to start production of a modern instant film that works with vintage and newer Polaroid instant cameras.
