UO has partnered with New York designer Samantha Pleet to create Rapscallion by Samantha Pleet, a limited-edition collection available only at Urban Outfitters. This Rapscallion by Samantha Pleet wool dress cut short and buttoned up the front with oversized brass buttons. Cut with a scoopneck and topped with patch pockets. Comes complete with a matching, detachable hooded cape with brass buttons at the front and arm slits at the sides. Exclusive to Urban Outfitters. Imported. Dry clean.
