Please note that orders being delivered to France under €50 cannot be tracked. In the event that your parcel doesn't arrive, please wait at least 20 working days before contacting customer services. We cannot accept a claim for loss until after this time.

We now deliver an exciting range of bikes on the UO website. Due to the size and weight of the item, we have to charge a bit more for delivery so they can get to you safe and sound.

When you're ready to checkout, you'll have the option of choosing a different delivery address for your bike. It will be delivered separately to your clothing or accessory orders. Each bike is delivered in a box up to 160cm x 53cm x 110cm in size and 13kg in weight. Please ensure you check the box for any damage before signing for delivery.
If you miss your delivery, we'll attempt to re-deliver twice. If it's not been delivered on the second attempt, the bike will be returned to the depot and you'll be able to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you miss the third attempt, the items will be returned to our warehouse and you'll have to pay for a new delivery slot.
All bike orders are shipped through UPS and you'll be able to track the status of your order by clicking the link on the dispatch confirmation email we will send you. Alternatively, you can visit the UPS UK site and type in your tracking number/reference.

At this stage, we can only ship furniture to mainland UK. Unfortunately we will have to cancel your order if you live outside of the UK.
As you can see, our new furniture is pretty awesome. Due to its superior nature, it requires its own special delivery and returns process. Here's all the info you will need to make your new purchase.
Booking a delivery slot
When it comes to delivering your furniture, we've left it in the hands of our good friends at Martin Bros, the trustworthy courier.
They believe in keeping people in the loop so they'll give you a call (a few days in advance of delivery) on the number you provided on your order and will give a two hour time slot as to when you can expect them.
There's no automated tracking for furniture, please rest assured Martin Bros will call you a few days in advance of delivery to book your slot.
We ask that you are available within this 2 hour delivery slot as Martin Bros will be unable to deliver outside of your given slot (they will call you 30 minutes before delivery).
Martin Bros deliver Monday to Friday only, in working hours, between 7.30am and 6pm.
Things to think about
Martin's deliver all items to the front door, so make sure you're standing there with open arms ready to carry them over the threshold.
Make sure you take note of the items measurements before you order. If it can't fit through your front door, it ain't coming in.
Some items are self-assembly, these items will not be assembled by Martin Bros and will arrive flat packed.
Feeling lazy? Martin Bros can unpack your items and dispose of all packing for an additional charge of £20.
Martin Bros normally make two attempts to make a delivery. If un-successful, Martins Bros will call you to say they are experiencing difficulties.
