Gift Cards

How do I buy a gift card online?

Just go to the gift card product page - here for a Gift Card By Email and here for a Gift Card By Post, select your chosen value and fill out the recipients details - you can even add a personal message (e-gift cards only).

Can gift cards be used both online and in store?

Our gift cards can be used both online and in store, however, they can only be redeemed in their purchased currency value. Therefore, a gift card purchased in UK pounds can be used in any of our UK stores and on our UK website and a gift card purchased in Euros can be used in any of our European stores (including Dublin) and on all Urban Outfitters European websites that operate in Euros.

Can I use a Euro Gift Card in a UK Store?

No, unfortunately gift cards purchased in Euros can only be used in our European stores or on our European websites. Gift cards can only be redeemed in their purchased currency value.

Can I return my gift card?

Our gift cards are not returnable or refundable. All our gift cards last for two years from purchase, and can be used in multiple transactions until the credit runs out.

Why do I need a PIN number for my gift card?

For added security your gift card has a unique 4 digit PIN number. If you have a physical gift card, simply scratch off the scratch panel on the back of your card to reveal your PIN.

For an e-gift card, this will be included in the gift card when it is emailed to the recipient email address.

I haven’t received my e-gift card?

Sometimes the gift cards can be found hiding amongst your junk or promotions folder of your email account. Please check all folders first, however if you still cannot locate it, don’t worry. Simply contact Customer Services by filling out the form here and our Customer Services team will be able to re-send the e gift card to you.
