Refresh + reset with this wellness bath and body mask from MUD. Maintains health while keeping cold symptoms at bay and stimulating circulation to keep you feeling your best. May be used as a detox bath, body mask, face mask and foot bath – whatever treatment you choose, you’ll feel so luxurious, relaxed and refreshed. Scented with rosewood + ginger.
How to Use
- Detox Bath: Pour 1.76-3.53 oz of MUD mix into a glass, ceramic or plastic bowl. Avoid metal. Add warm water to mix to create a paste or cream-like consistency. Use bamboo spoon provided to mix out any lumps. Run bath to desired temperature and add MUD mix to bath. Bath will turn a murky shade of brown and then you’re ready to detox. Bathe for 20-40 minutes and have a quick rinse in the shower when you’re done.
- Body Mask: Use 1.76-3.53 oz of MUD powder. Slowly add warm water to mix until you create a paste. Once you’ve mixed MUD paste, use bamboo spoon or your hands to lather the mix onto body, creating a body mask. Apply in the bath or let sit for 15-20 minutes, but don’t let dry completely and rinse off in shower. If you have specific areas you want to target, create a paste specifically for that area and leave on for 15 minutes.
- Face Mask: Use 2 heaping spoonfuls of MUD powder and add to glass, ceramic or plastic bowl. Slowly add water until you have a cream-like consistency. Once you’ve mixed paste together, using spoon or your hands, lather on face. Leave for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off.
- Foot Bath: Using MUD powder, scoop a couple spoonfuls into a glass, ceramic or plastic bowl. Slowly add warm water to create a paste. Add MUD mix to foot bath.
